Valentine's Day Artist Window Display Ideas:
This morning I am trying out window display options for setting up at Artful Things for Feb 1st.
This is one of them, just imagine that the background is black (instead of cream carpeting...ha ha).
Thank goodness I haven't varnished the paintings yet, as it looks like "Je T'Aime" need a bit of light coloured accenting to make it stand out.
I also have some sparkly red Valentine's garland to intermingle with the white tooling.
Along the flat bottom shelf of the window display, I might add in some of my necklaces hanging out of small white chinese food containers and some of my mini buttons done up as though they were chocolates in little boxes. We'll see how it looks when I set it all up to see if that is the way to go or not. I will try and get some photos to show you the final set up.
I can't wait to put the window together! If you are in the area during the month of February, please stop by (840 - 3041 152nd Street, South Surrey, BC) and take a look!
Don't forget to also take a tour of this years BC Childrens Hospital Home Lottery (3582 Morgan Creek Way, South Surrey) and check out my work in the 'Girls Room'.
Well,.... back to planning!
Keep smiling and creating!
