New Craft Show Display
(This is a very rough sketch I did for my brother to visualize my idea)

Here is the idea I have of what I would like to make before my next show which is on Sept 23.
It is a display, which will stand on top of a table top.

I have two pieces of doweling measuring 1.1/4" x 48" each.

I need two wood pieces for platforms. I think it might work if I have two square pieces of either 2x8x8 or 2x10x10.

The rods in between are just inexpensive black curtain rods from ikea. One to hold a painted banner and the lower one to display my hand painted armband bracelets.

For the purse display pegs coming off of the large doweling, I can either just use 's' hooks or drill holes and place in pieces of smaller doweling.

This shows display table is 6', but some shows may be longer or shorter. That is why I figure I should just drill a hole through the doweling which will fit a curtain rod.

What are your thoughts?
Do you think this display would be sturdy enough?

Keep smiling and creating!
Don't forget to send love, warmth and healing to those who still suffer from Sept 11th.
