Hi All,
I am here, just taking a couple of days off after my last show.
It was very busy at the beach on Saturday for the Festival, but hardly anybody seemed to be carrying around any bags of treasures they had bought from any of the 100 vendors located along the promemade.
My Artist friend Joanna took a few pictures once I had packed up for the day. I will post one here for you soon.
This Saturday (Aug 12) I am going to participate in a local Plein Air painting competition. I will need to check in at one location with my blank canvas, have the judges stamp it and then head off to another location (which I am not privy to yet).
I will have 4 hours to paint the soon to be advised subject before I must return with my painting to the judges at the first location.
It should be interesting, as apparently the subject of the painting has somthing to do with a 'barn'. I little different from my current work (ha ha).
Todays photo is of me back in 1992 when I used to always paint a small image on at least one of my finger nails. In this photo I have painted my pinky nail with a tropical island in the sunset.
