Good Morning!

A couple of weeks ago my family and I headed out to one of our local IKEAs to buy our son his first real 'big boy' bed.
On our tour around the store, a new display jumped out at me pretty much screaming "I am what your studio should be!!!!".
FYI: My hubby had the opposite reaction....ha ha.













I loved the paint colour and treatment along with its contrast with the dark stained wood features.

The display room was not yet complete, therefore they did not have the paint info noted. (FYI: in these photos the room is complete)

This last Saturday I phoned the store to find out the paint colour, but the 'guy' on the other end of the phone told me that it was impossible for a staff employee to find out and let me know. He advised that I would have to take another trip to the store even though it is almost an hours drive from my house.

So for Mother's Day, guess what we did? My husband indulged me and off to IKEA we went again.



For those of you interested, the room number at the Richmond store is #108. The paint colour is Benjamin Moore 2087-40 Autumn Red (wide matte and high gloss stripes). The floor is KVIST Bamboo and the room size is 24m2 (260 sqr ft).

Don't worry, I do not plan to have my room this busy, but I like the wall colour (in stripes), the dark shelves, mirrors, and then of course... my art work (cushions, hand bags, etc).
