New Art Toy!
On Friday I went to Opus to get a couple of canvases & decided to treat myself (with all of $10.00) by purchasing something I hadn't tried before.
I picked out 5 Cretacolor Aquastics (water soluble oil pastels).
I did a small bit of experimentation last night.
The small one was done strictly with the pastels, paint brush and water.
The second one I used the same plus my all time favoutite.... acrylics.
The second one is actually on a 13"x17" sheet, but our scanner is not large enought to scan the entire image for you.
They were a lot of fun, but I definately need to experiment some more & see how far I can take them.
