Painted Purse !
I found this wonderful white canvas purse yesterday at a local store and couldn't resist it! Once we got home I held it for about an hour to get a feel for it and then got out the permanent black felt pen and away I went. I was so inspired and excited that I finished it this afternoon. (well..... I still have to put a few coats of varnish on it).
Actually they had 4 left in the store, so I bought all four (tee hee).
What do you think???????
I wrote on the back "Embrace your inner GODDESS and show her a good time!".
CuShIoN cOvErS: Yesterday I also dropped off the fabric to my seamstress so that we can get new cushions on the work schedule.
I have this new excitement in me today. I think it may have something to do with having just come off a rather stressfull week.
These next pictures were taken a few weeks ago of my hand painted street banner which is hanging up at the corner of Johnston Road and Thrift Ave in uptown White Rock, B.C., Canada.
It looks GREAT in the sun, even if I do say so myself (ha ha).
