Cross roadsThe almighty 'fork in the road'!
Do you take the road less traveled or do you bite your tongue and stay on the somewhat escorted tour.
When I traveled through Europe in 1990 I joined a high-end escorted tour in London and continued from there with the group. They were a very diverse, fun group of people that was uniquely interesting in their own way. I stayed with the group, however once we had reached the latest destination I would separate off with a different person(s) than the previous stop en route. I had a wonderful time throughout and consider it one of the best experiences of my life.
The question is... should this be a guide as to how one should live the rest of their life's journey.
Travel with a group, but don't forget to break off from it often and do your own thing? 'Move to the beat of your own drum', as my father would say.?
I seem to be doing quite well so far. Is it necessary to choose one specific road?
I believe it is necessary to keep different groups around you in your life. Ones of love, family, friendship, ones that offer you support and strength, ones that test you, and ones that push you further.
As for the fork in the road, I think you should make your own path that travels between the two.
Hope to see you this Saturday!
keep smiling & creating,
Nicci
